Key Responsibilities: • Supports the underwriting process from end to end for a team of production Underwriters • Administrative tasks that will include substantial data entry • Submission in-take Processing and Set-up for New Business and Renewals • Policy Binders • Policy Issuance • Policy Subjectives follow-up • Simple and moderately complex maintenance of active policies • Broker of Record verification and changes • Loss run requests and issuance • Quality Assurance of Axon Processes • Administrative account tasks - e.g. Notice of Cancellation, Condition of non-renewals • Entering of New Producer locations and/or Agents • Policy Forms revisions
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: • Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn new technology • Fluency in Microsoft products including Excel • Previous Property & Casualty experience a plus
Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
