Insight Global is looking for a Remote Executive Assistant to support the CEO of our client, an Ohio owned and operated cannabis cultivator and processor! The ideal person will be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and able handle multiple tasks seamlessly. This EA will primarily support the CEO but will occasionally interact with the CFO and COO. Duties will include coordinating domestic travel, meeting coordination and calendar management, expense management, monitoring and responding to emails, filing, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, and assisting CEO/CFO with monthly reports. There will be a few personal assistant responsibilities associated with this role such as personal travel booking and gathering documentation for the CEO's accountant.
Hourly Compensation: $29 - $34
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
