The Contingent Workforce team is part of the Global Procurement Organization at Client is responsible for the governance, compliance management, and spend management for the engagement of the non-employee workforce. The Procurement Analyst will provide support to the Contingent Workforce team on various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
o Partner with suppliers, stakeholders, and other teams to gather data.
o Generate and analyze reports related to contingent workforce metrics, including required reports in compliance with labor legislation (e.g., CA Pay Transparency Reporting).
o Support the CW team in analyzing and reporting on contingent workforce spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.
o Track project(s) progress and document processes.
o Lead project meetings and meetings with the business.
o Additional support on projects as needed.
Requirements:
o 4-5 years of experience working in a project coordinator or analyst role in CW management, HR, or Procurement
o Knowledge of contingent labor laws, processes, and compliance requirements
o Familiarity with VMS systems such as Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.
