The Role: Assistant Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll gain unparalleled exposure to building enclosure systems and play a vital role in delivering successful restoration projects. You'll contribute by:
  • Reviewing project documents, researching materials, and understanding technical specifications to support planning and execution.
  • Conducting site inspections and assessments, documenting field conditions, and reporting on quality and compliance with project standards.
  • Collaborating on construction documentation, including plans, RFIs, and submittals, while managing administrative tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Participating in meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients.
  • Overseeing the quality of workmanship on-site to uphold safety and industry standards.

Your Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or equivalent experience in the field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in building envelope or façade restoration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proficient using AutoCAD (assessment required)
  • Knowledge of construction documents, building codes, and NYC-specific filing requirements.
  • Bonus: OSHA and scaffold certifications, along with experience in field inspection or sketching site conditions.
