The Role: Assistant Project Manager
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll gain unparalleled exposure to building enclosure systems and play a vital role in delivering successful restoration projects. You'll contribute by:
Reviewing project documents, researching materials, and understanding technical specifications to support planning and execution.
Conducting site inspections and assessments, documenting field conditions, and reporting on quality and compliance with project standards.
Collaborating on construction documentation, including plans, RFIs, and submittals, while managing administrative tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
Participating in meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients.
Overseeing the quality of workmanship on-site to uphold safety and industry standards.
Your Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or equivalent experience in the field.
At least 1 year of experience in building envelope or façade restoration.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proficient using AutoCAD (assessment required)
Knowledge of construction documents, building codes, and NYC-specific filing requirements.
Bonus: OSHA and scaffold certifications, along with experience in field inspection or sketching site conditions.
