We are seeking a highly visible and impactful Agile Coach to guide our client through this journey. Join our client's team of Agile Coaches and delivery teams to implement proven industry practices and scalable processes for agile product delivery.
The Role: As an Agile Coach, you will:
Guide agile teams and programs through a multi-year agile transformation.
Partner with stakeholders, existing Agile Coaches, and functional leaders to define and execute strategies for adopting agile ways of working.
Perform hands-on coaching activities, including advising leaders on organizing, mobilizing, and launching agile teams.
Influence process execution by guiding product owners and mentoring team members.
Drive continuous process improvement strategies to enable efficient, effective, sustainable, and measurable delivery.
Understand company risk goals to coach teams in reducing risks through test automation, minimizing technical debt, and increasing quality.
Report on patterns and anti-patterns in intra-team agile dynamics, identifying patterns for reinforcement and opportunities for team growth.
Establish feedback loops to enable trust, psychological safety, transparency, and customer feedback.
Design and lead workshops on Lean-Agile values, principles, and practices.
Collaborate with client organizations to adopt sustainable Lean-Agile capabilities and processes.
Coach and mentor junior colleagues in agile values and principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Effect change by acting as a guide for agile teams and programs.
Partner with stakeholders to define and execute agile strategies.
Advise and influence process execution for agile teams.
Drive continuous process improvement and risk reduction.
Establish and maintain feedback loops.
Design and lead Lean-Agile workshops.
Collaborate with clients to implement Lean-Agile processes.
Coach and mentor junior agile coaches.
Qualifications:

5+ years working in an agile environment as a coach.
5+ years working in an agile environment as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
7+ years working in an agile culture with deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile frameworks.
Demonstrated experience coaching at least 2 agile teams concurrently through a multiyear agile transformation.
Experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation and deep understanding of agile values and principles.
Demonstrated experience facilitating collaborative sessions, managing customer expectations, and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and objectives.
Experience in coaching to reduce risk with a deep understanding of compliance requirements for a bank.
Understanding of technical enablers of agile delivery (e.g., CICD, DevSecOps).
Expertise with agile tool suites including Atlassian, Agility Health Radar, MS Teams, or similar.
Experience with agile testing and technical engineering techniques (TDD, BDD) and DevSecOps tools.
Scrum Master and Product Owner certification.
Coach certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
