The Temporary Project Manager - Store Planning, Store & Brand Experience is responsible for supporting the team in processing the daily deliverables and presentations required by the executive leadership as delegated by the group Director. They will be instrumental in managing weekly reports, large scale group presentations, and supporting to develop new procedural improvements. This position will be primarily responsible for executive presentation creation, content, organization and communication for all Store & Brand Experience decks/presentations. They will also support the development of new presentation concepts / project timelines and project summaries. This position requires a hybrid schedule in-office 3 days/week in Manhattan New York City.
Key Accountabilities:
Executive Presentation and Communications
Support the design, development, delivery, and key communications for Store & Brand Experience & Store Planning presentations, including documents and reports including executive presentations and visual communications.
Standardize presentation procedures and execution, including stakeholder identification, content ownership, delivery deadlines, and graphic guidelines.
Collaborate with contributing teams to support accurate data reporting and design representation.
Manage documentation and distribution of executive feedback on presentation content, including resolution strategy amongst relevant teams.
Support daily and weekly communications to group and executive leadership on key milestone initiatives. Primarily Adobe Suite platforms
Conceptual mapping of new presentations and guidelines for expanded illustration opportunities
Support with quarterly Zone president presentation and overarching communications
Touch up and alter existing presentations to ensure continuity of visual formatting
Collect information and maintain databases to support store construction timelines and process improvement
Qualifications:
4+ years of professional experience in project management with a focus on digital design and/or creative design
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage project goals and associated timelines
Proven ability to complete complex projects with speed, accuracy and efficiency
Ability to adapt to changing business needs
Strong understanding of change management principles and proven track record of successful project management
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
