The Product Manager is a member of a cross functional team who is responsible for developing, executing, and driving the product development process from concept through delivery for the assigned category. This role is responsible for introducing innovative & trend right products along with the overall management and performance of the assigned product line, including the establishment and maintenance of a product development plan to ensure all key milestones are achieved. The successful product manager works collaboratively with the cross functional team, with full ownership of the assigned category portfolios for profitable growth to meet business strategies and objectives as it relates to new product development, modification, and rationalization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conducts Market Size, Market Share & Opportunity Potential based on Defined User Segmentation
Conducts Market Research and Possess a High Awareness of Market Trends
Monitors Competitive Landscape and Provides Recommendations for Competitive Benchmarking
Works with Finance Team on Project Investments & Provides Justification
Responsible for execution of the category plan with cross functional partners to achieve business goals
Drives the product development process from concept to commercialization and manages timeline
Partners with internal cross-functional teams for data needs to facilitate category planning and execution
Analyzes costs to ensure the right products are introduced at the right price
Responsible for the set up and integrity of all product data in ARAS and line lists
Analyzes the category on an ongoing basis to make recommendations for product status changes, add/drops to the line, or recommend line needs.
Manages License Product Approvals and Support to Ensure Contract Compliance
Supports Customer Product Solutions to Drive Partnerships

Experience in the product development lifecycle is required along with strong business and financial acumen. Ability to use data analytics to guide decisions & judgment. Leads and delivers the product development plan to achieve the business goals set for the assigned categories. Puts customer first when making decisions. Strong ability to organize and drive development plans forward to hit deadlines and launch dates. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
Strong data management and project management skills required. The ability to find solutions and remove obstacles is required; understands the impact of decisions.

Qualifications
College Degree Required
5-8 Years of Product Development Experience
Experience in Product Management Required
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Office and PowerPoint Skills Required
Confidence in Communication, Public Speaking and Presenting
