Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations for leveraging Workday to meet their business needs. Lead architectural discussions and decisions, designing scalable and efficient Workday solutions. Work across Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Integrations, to deliver end-to-end advisory services. Partner with client stakeholders to assess current Workday configurations and recommend enhancements or customizations. Manage and oversee Workday implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects. Mentor and collaborate with client teams, providing guidance on best practices and Workday governance. Stay updated on Workday releases and innovations, advising clients on how to maximize new feature
