Our Client, a financial services institution in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support professional to provide vital support to their sales team. This position focuses on assisting the sales team with documentation, coordination, presentatons, and various other tasks to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is contract to hire.
Responsibilities:
Provide general support, including scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas for the sales team.
Draft, edit, and manage sensitive files and contracts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including client information and sales pipeline data.
Arrange logistics for on-site client and prospect meetings, including technology setup, team schedules, and hospitality needs.
Assist in preparing materials and follow-ups for industry conferences and networking events.
Track incoming inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
Support the sales team by monitoring leads and maintaining ongoing communication with prospects.
Compile and distribute weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Assist in analyzing data trends to support strategic decision-making.
About You:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in sales support, marketing, or a related field.
Administrative experience supporting a sales or marketing team
Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and document management tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and prioritize multiple projects.
Hours/work schedule:
8 hour shift, full-time, exempt
In person, must be local to our headquarters in King of Prussia, PA
May require occasional travel to prospects, clients, and conferences
