You will be part of a team responsible for providing and installing advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation systems. This dynamic role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks at customer residences and commercial buildings. Primary Responsibilities:
Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at customer residences and commercial buildings.
Provide exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols in all work environments.
Advise and recommend the best solutions and products based on customer needs.
Work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Experience:
Ability to climb ladders and meet safety requirements for equipment.
Must be able to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders of 28-36 feet.
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, regardless of weather conditions.
Ability to work in uncomfortable positions (kneeling, crawling, bending, etc.).
Experience with technology installation and troubleshooting is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
Work Environment:
Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
The position may require working in both indoor and outdoor settings in various weather conditions.
