Main responsibilities:
Strategy Development
Using a data led approach, identify and prioritize strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish measurable targets to track progress and drive success of US organization.
Works collaboratively with wider organizational teams, with varying skill sets and backgrounds, including Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Service Delivery, Clinical and other cross-functional teams on continuous development of our services.
Keeps abreast of innovations and developments in the digital mental health landscape, including best practices.
Management & Leadership
Responsible for the overall performance and quality control of the US Business Intelligence team.
Leads and manages a team of Business Intelligence Analysts to empower and develop their knowledge, skills and full potential.
Leads and builds high performing teams and culture; managing the operational delivery of teams against established targets, recognising and celebrating achievements, and works to identify constructive action plans when targets are not achieved.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Analyze company and departmental data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver data-driven solutions to support their objectives.
Extract insights from data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizing processes and making informed business decisions.
Reports on commercial and operational performance, identifying trends driving operational improvements where and when needed.
Works alongside Data Insights team to ensure efficient data flow across the organization.
