The ideal candidate will lead in designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality, scalable applications using SAP BTP. This role requires deep expertise in low-code/no-code platforms, extensibility, and SAP Build Work Zone to support business-critical application architecture needs. This position will also take part in monitoring existing interfaces via Integration Suite as well as creating new interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Support the ERP environment consisting of SAP S4 HANA, Fiori, BTP to include Integration Suite and various other applications
Must have experience SAP BTP in the Private Cloud particularly with Integration Suite
Must have experience in S/4 HANA Private Cloud preferably with experience in S/4 HANA 202 or beyond.
Must have significant experience with ABAP development.
Proficiency in the areas of Build Work Zone, Build Apps, SAP Mobile Start or UI5 development would be a huge plus.
Ensure that incidents and problems are fully documented within the relevant reporting systems
Coordinates the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures
Discuss and agree functional and technical demands and appropriate solutions with SAP functional support team
Manage the relationship with functional and technical SAP team members to provide both incident resolution and development services to users
Assist with the creation of functional and technical specifications
Handle customer complaints or issues
