We are currently seeking a high energy, passion filled, and sales motivated individual who is fitness minded, has a love for community, and CycleBar! Our Assistant General Manager will deliver outstanding customer service and help drive sales.
Requirements:
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
Support General Manager and Franchise Owners in achieving studio membership goals, member retention, and front-desk team staffing
Be able to sell and recommend memberships and rider packages
Be able to coach and train front-desk team members in sales and operations
Ability to learn and use our Customer Service Management software (ClubReady)
Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Have availability for two early morning shifts 5:30am - 2:15pm and one weekend shift 7:30am - 3:30pm
Physical Requirements:
Must be able and willing to move bikes, and perform minor bike maintenance
Must be willing to clean CycleTheater, Bathrooms, Lobby, etc.
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
Qualifications:
1 year in a supervisory role
1 year in a sales role
Preferred Prior Fitness Front Desk Sales experience a plus
Benefits:
$15 - $18 Base plus additional commission on memberships sold
