We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
Account Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Process customer orders and invoices.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Data Entry:Input customer information into relevant systems.
Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy.
Account Reconciliation:Reconcile customer accounts and identify discrepancies.
Resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
Customer Support:Provide excellent customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat).
Assist customers with account-related questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
