At least three years of experience of configuring the Workday Learning module.
Experience in working with other Workday HC-related modules (HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, etc.)
Experience in working with high volume hiring organizations and TA systems.
Experience with defining testing strategies and cases (manual and automated) including experiences with all phases of testing for both configurations and data. Also, responsible for both testing and leading testing efforts across multiple platforms (computer, mobile, tablet).
Experience with User Interface (UI) testing and being an advocate for customers and the User Experience (UX).
Experience in developing multiple types of training materials. Experience working with digital adoption platforms and e-learning tools preferred.
Participates in training and development activities to keep abreast of current trends and best practices. Incorporates these best practices into designs.
Demonstrated customer focus and able to build relationships with all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while responding with a sense of urgency to immediate needs. Strong organizational skills and initiative required, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively manage deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Highly analytical, with strong problem solving and organizational skills including the ability to analyze large datasets, and proactively communicate insights.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Google applications (docs, sheets, etc.) or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
