6+ years of experience in Employment Law
Juris Doctor from a reputable law school
Experience at an AM Law 100/200 firm
Responsibilities:
Respond to administrative agency charges at both federal and state levels
Direct experience handling EEOC charges
Draft strong position statements and represent clients at hearings and mediations
