LOCATION / RESIDENCE: REMOTE / FLORIDA
Applicants MUST reside in or relocate to Florida.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Incident resolution
- Customer support for all live ServiceNow modules
- Request evaluation and completion
- Participation in ServiceNow system upgrades and/or patches
- Participation in small or mid-sized optimization efforts
