3+ years of experience in a Marketing Data Analytics role
Experience measuring marketing/communication campaign effectiveness (ex: appointment conversions, number of file downloads, page stickiness, digital platforms etc)
Background in data visualization, ability to build dashboards in tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc
Experience working with Clickstream web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HEAP or Amplitude
Intermediate knowledge of SQL

This role involves analyzing the performance of marketing and communications campaigns across digital platforms to support the institution's vision, excellence, and audience engagement.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Performance Insights, Analytics, and Reporting, this position is crucial for evaluating platform analytics and insights to support the Comms/Marketing Program Measurement. The role will contribute to the data-driven culture established by the Performance Insights, Analytics & Reporting Lead. By implementing data and analytics processes, this position will help Comms/Marketing leaders adjust strategies based on analytics and trends.
Responsibilities include managing daily analytics operations, such as developing tracking codes, ensuring reporting quality assurance, data cleansing, and providing ad-hoc support to marketing managers and agency partners.
