We are hiring a Senior Manager of People & Change for a Global Consulting Firm in Chicago. You'll partner with strategic clients to manage risk associated with their use of technology. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through analytics, automation or the latest tools and methods. You'll develop new projects, help identify new business and build lasting relationships with clients and within the community You will also be a mentor and provide growth and development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Full-scale organizational design and driving workforce planning initiatives to align talent strategies with evolving business needs across M&A, scaling up/down, and transformations.
Experience in identifying cost efficiencies across organizational structures and labor models.
Conducting comprehensive skills assessments to support strategic workforce planning and organizational transformation.
Crafting and implementing talent strategies that focus on optimizing recruiting planning, talent pipelines, succession planning, employee engagement and leadership development
Strong background in business development, with experience in generating and executing successful proposals, meeting sales targets, and building sustainable client relationships.
Experience guiding companies away from job or roles based to skills-based organizations.
Organizational design, talent management, and workforce optimization, with a complementary background in change management to support smooth transitions and process improvements.
Establishing and cultivating long-term business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to expand existing relationship with clients.
Ability to translate and communicate issues, risks or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
7+ years working in Human Capital Consulting, Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, or related field, either in professional services or industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working with OrgVue is preferred.
Professional Certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM SCP, PMP or similar strongly preferred
