Job Description:

Job Duties:
  • Serve as the first point of contact by warmly greeting and assisting visitors.
  • Answer and route phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information as needed.
  • Manage administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory of office supplies.
  • Utilize Google Suite tools to create documents, manage spreadsheets, and prepare presentations.
  • Offer support to families by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with medical receptionist tasks, such as patient check-in and check-out, if applicable.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information in line with company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on creating positive experiences for families.
  • Experience in front desk operations or as a medical receptionist is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications and general computer skills.
  • Strong typing skills with high attention to detail in documentation.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus, supporting communication with diverse families.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant is a bonus but not required.

Additional Info:
  • Pay: $21-$25/hr
    • Annual reviews each spring with a guaranteed pay increase each year
  • Location: 100% onsite
  • Schedule: 8 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday
