2. Data Mapping and Transformation: Perform data mapping, transformation, and modeling activities to ensure compatibility and consistency of data formats, structures, and semantics across integrated systems, adhering to data governance standards and best practices.
3. Integration Development: Develop, test, and deploy data integration solutions using integration tools and technologies, such as ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), middleware, and data integration platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
4. System Integration Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain data integrations to ensure ongoing data quality, integrity, and availability, proactively identifying and resolving integration issues, errors, and performance bottlenecks.
5. Documentation and Compliance: Document integration processes, data mappings, configurations, and dependencies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation to support knowledge transfer, compliance, and auditing requirements.
6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and data governance, to understand integration requirements, prioritize integration initiatives, and align integration solutions with business objectives.
7. Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop and execute integration test plans and scripts to validate data mappings, transformations, and workflows, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of integrated data across systems.
8. Change Management and Deployment: Manage change requests, version control, and deployment processes for data integration solutions, coordinating with stakeholders to schedule and execute deployment activities with minimal disruption to business operations.
9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization in data integration workflows, tools, and technologies, and drive initiatives to enhance integration capabilities and efficiency.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or related roles, preferably in the agriculture or manufacturing industry. • Proficiency in data integration tools and technologies, such as Alteryx, Talend or similar ETL and middleware platforms, with experience in data modeling, SQL, scripting languages and API integration. • Strong understanding of data governance principles, data management best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex data integration challenges and develop effective solutions. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
