Brooksource is searching for System Administrator to serve as a service owner for JAMF. Microsoft 365, and Citrix XenMobile for our client in Raleigh, NC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the service owner for JAMF, Microsoft 365, and Citrix XenMobile.
Administer and control Apple Mac devices using JAMF.
Test, implement, and administer JAMF software.
Stay informed of new features and changes in Microsoft 365.
Lead version upgrade deployments for Microsoft 365.
Troubleshoot installation issues and maintain Office group policies.
Provide consultation support for tech teams regarding Microsoft 365.
Build and maintain Citrix XenMobile environments.
Manage over 1000 devices using Citrix XenMobile.
Serve as the point of contact for Citrix XenMobile issues.
Handle application packaging.
Provide level 3 support.
Test and implement group policies.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proven ability to administer and control Apple Mac devices using JAMF.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, including staying updated on new features, leading version upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintaining Office group policies.
Experience building and maintaining Citrix XenMobile environments and managing many devices.
Strong skills in application packaging, providing level 3 support, and group policy testing.
Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and consultation skills to support tech teams and serve as a point of contact for system issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Certifications in JAMF, Microsoft 365, and Citrix XenMobile are a plus.
Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an enterprise environment.
