The US Senior Marketing Manager, Non-Acute Care Settings is responsible for driving US market growth and awareness of self-collection with health care providers and patients searching for a solution to access extended genotype HPV screening with the BD Onclarity™ assay. This role reports to the Director of Marketing - Non-Acute Care Settings and focuses on driving the emerging brand execution, market shaping and awareness of self-collection and ultimately expanding our market opportunity and reach with increased provider demand thrugh At-Home and/or Consumer channels for BD Onclarity™ through self-collection in the non-acute market segment. This role is critical to the success of the overall strength of the BD Onclarity™ value offer in maximizing our reach to providers and patients for the monumental healthcare challenge in increasing preventative HPV screening for women across many communities and socioeconomic settings. In this role, the US Senior Marketing Manager will develop tactical and implementation strategies to drive accelerated growth in the US Region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. They will drive market adoption and awareness for BD Onclarity™ through the execution of strategic marketing initiatives as well as partner with the dedicated sales specialists to produce qualified lead generation and build actionable funnels for accelerated market growth. As the market segment expert in this area, this role will contribute heavily to the ASR Strategy, lead the Marketing Plan development for this product focus area, assess existing and deploy new Voice of Customer research, action business case development, and other special projects related to the IDS strategy when required. Responsibilities
Leads and owns US execution and implementation plans of global brand strategy for Self-Collection, identifying and prioritizing key targets for growth at the US Region/Account based level through an incredibly strong customer-centric focus into the portfolio.
Close collaborative partner with sales, global marketing, marketing communications, and associated product platforms to deliver best-in-class marketing tailored to the market and the customer they serve.
Creates a strong partnership with the marketing counterparts to ensure a seamless transition of customer research and product management actions for the portfolio.
Reports regular critical metrics and return on investment of prioritized tactical activities and metrics to the Director of Marketing and other key collaborators, making proactive recommendations for improvements.
Develops regular U.S. platform updates, including targeting, messaging, research, customer personas, and value propositions.
Leads marketing plans and ASR global guidance for the portfolio, creating and setting clear vision, strategies, and goals for U.S. tactical success.
Develops/maintains a clear understanding of current MDx markets, customers, and patients the product serves.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Flexibility to travel to U.S. customer sites at least 20% of the time.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree required, preferably within the area of focus; Four-year scientific, marketing, or business degree preferred. MBA optional.
7+ years of experience in strategic marketing, global or regional marketing, or product management with a focus on commercialization excellence, product and portfolio management, and brand strategy. Strong digital marketing experience is a plus as well as background in consumer or direct to patient marketing execution.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong eye for business.
Background in life sciences, medical devices or consumer marketing a plus.

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
