This position will be responsible for management and execution of multiple projects, including budget, schedule and resource management, as well as supporting proposal efforts. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals as part of a team including supporting site visits associated with RFP. Present proposals to clients. Ensure accuracy of proposals and develops a pricing structure that is well researched and realistic.
Allocate resources for projects, manage and oversee field activities for munitions response and HTRW projects, including management of subcontractors, office staff, and field staff from many disciplines (e.g., biologists, archeologists, field geophysicists, SUXOS, UXOQCS, and UXOSO).
Administer project kickoff, planning and progress update meetings. Ensure stakeholders and subcontractors understand their role and specific job duties.
Travel to meetings and project sites may be required approximately 25% of the time.
Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders to ensure conformance with contract terms and project objectives are met.
Represent Bristol as Point of Contact for project, developing and maintaining positive client relationships.
Understand contract documents to determine appropriate methods for completion and explain plans and contract terms to administrative and field staff.
Prepare and update project schedules, monthly status reports and invoices for clients.
Confirm that all required permits and licenses are in place.
Coordinate with designated Quality Control and Health & Safety representatives to ensure high quality project delivery and Bristol Code Zero standards are met.
Minimize company exposure and project performance risks.
Manage project changes and prepare change orders where necessary.
Analyze, track and optimize project financial performance and prepare estimates to complete reports monthly.
Responsible for the technical and financial performance of the multiple projects.
Develop and maintain a strong client relationship.
Ensure that all contract documents adhere to Bristol Contract Management requirements.
Responsible for the final quality and delivery of reports required of the program. Ensures adherence to Bristol’s quality standards in all reports.
Contribute to maintaining Bristol’s reputation by ensuring professional, technical, and ethical standards are upheld by all project staff.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum of seven years recent and relevant experience as a Project Manager for Munitions Response and Environmental Investigation/Remedial Action projects.
Knowledge and experience managing geophysical projects including UFP-QAPP development, AGC field data collection and oversight and final reporting.
Knowledge and experience with DoD procurement and contracting processes.
Strong knowledge and experience in all types of Munitions Response Investigation/Remedial Action projects and experience with HTRW projects.
Skilled in written and verbal communication.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to constant change.
Ability to anticipate trends and risks.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Skilled in Intermediate level – Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access).
Proven ability to utilize critical thinking skills required to identify/shape opportunities.
Experience with level of effort determination, competitive analysis and project pricing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel – executive management, management, technical and administrative.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously.
Maintaining established contract teaming relationships.
Acquiring CPARS ratings of Very Good/Excellent.
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, environmental science, geology, biology, chemistry or engineering.
The candidate shall meet the requirements of OSHA’s Hazardous Waste Operation and Emergency Response standards (29 CFR 1910.120).

Light physical workload.
Air travel and motor vehicle travel will be required.
