Details:
Pay range: $55K-$70K depending on experience level
Schedule: 8am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
Location: 100% onsite in Brooklyn Park (with situational flexibility here and there for one off circumstances like snowstorms, sick kiddos, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting and Hiring:
Manage all facets of the recruiting, selection, and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Focus on recruiting for diverse roles, including office staff, production workers, and maintenance technicians.
Handle an active requisition load of 15-25 open positions simultaneously.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement tailored recruiting strategies.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Relationship Development:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners to enhance hiring and retention outcomes.
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Administrative Support:
Generate and maintain detailed reports on recruiting metrics, hiring activity, and other critical HR functions.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal company policies throughout all phases of the hiring process.
Provide support for HR initiatives, such as workforce planning, onboarding programs, and employee engagement projects.
Communication and Coordination:
Leverage strong communication skills to coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage follow-ups with candidates.
Work collaboratively with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience; someone who has manufacturing recruiting industry experience would be highly preferred!
A recruiting focus centered around quality and retention
Someone who is a self-starter, proactive, has great follow through skills, and driven
Someone who is great at building relationships (with candidates and hiring managers)
Must be efficient and have strong time management skills
