What you will enjoy doing*


  • Provide technical support to end-users within the organization, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

  • Assist Linde-AMT with infrastructure, digital, and application projects and support.

  • Perform PC imaging and support tasks, including hardware and software installation, upgrades, and maintenance

  • Serve as an interface between IT and the business, liaising with business stakeholders to ensure that all IT initiatives are aligned with organizational goals

  •  Basic networking tasks, including setup and configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls

  •  Document all IT-related issues and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner

What makes you great


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Experience in PC support and Microsoft Office 365 knowledge, desired

  • Participation in IT projects, desired

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • This position will report indirectly to IT and communicate with the leadership within that team, as well as reporting directly to PGT Ellisville leadership
