Position Title: Director, Product Strategy


Location: Dallas, Boston US Cities


Your role


Digital Realty is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Strategy leader to join our CTO organization. You bring a disciplined and strategic mindset to guide business outcomes, create new market opportunities, and advance Digital Realty's brand. This role demands a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to guide complex projects to success and contribute to the broader agenda of the Chief Technology Officer and the company.


What you'll do

• Align strategy and program practices with Digital Realty's strategic goals and objectives, working closely with senior leadership and across internal organizations.
• Design and deliver high-quality executive and customer facing presentations and documents supporting sales, partner relationships, executive, board of directors, internal and compliance.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization with the objective to continually advance our ways of working.
• Collaborate with finance and project managers to monitor project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial targets.
• Craft expert technical, financial, and business content and recommendations for use in public remarks, including communications with financial analysts, media, and conferences.
• Manage industry trends evaluation that supports strategy planning and execution through earnings and other public vehicles (e.g. AR, IR).
• Lead strategic planning sessions, contributing insights and expertise to shape the future direction of the Product and Engineering organization.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, project or portfolio management, preferably within a technology or engineering context.
• Proven track record in creating and delivering high-impact presentations to executive audiences. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and storytelling skills, capable of distilling complex concepts into accessible content; Financial modeling with a focus of business case development.
• Self-starter who can operate as an individual contributor with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading complex operational and strategic initiatives, effective working independently and as part of a team.
• Deep understanding and proven experience with understanding emerging technologies like machine learning and AI to automate or streamline workflow processes.
• Outstanding communication, design and presentation abilities, both verbal and written
