Your Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide executive support to the Head of Franchise Upstream & Process Materials as well as the Head of Marketing in Process Solutions.
Remote position
Providing comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements, e.g. flights, hotel, car.
Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
Preparing, editing, and formatting documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Meeting Coordination: Organizing internal and external meetings, including logistics, booking meeting room, catering.
Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
Processing expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursement.
Administrative support in an office environment requiring understanding of company policies and programs.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline OR high school diploma with 4+ years industry experience
5+ years in an administrative function
1+ years Microsoft office experience
1+ years of ERP, Oracle, SAP, SFDC experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Discretion and confidentiality: handling sensitive information with integrity and maintaining confidentiality
Proficient in managing schedules, meeting deadlines and efficiently allocating time to various tasks
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain order in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with executives, team members, and external stakeholders
Ability to work in a global, matrix environment
