Position Summary:
Manage the annual budget process and monthly financial reporting process, manage and develop sales and financial reporting. Support the Vice President Finance in all ad hoc analysis.
Essential Functions:
Manage the Global Budgeting process, Quarterly and Weekly sales forecasting.
Responsible for maintaining the financial statements and budget in LN and OneStream.
Perform daily and monthly analyses related to sales, gross margin, SG&A and Working Capital.
Assist in reviewing all aspects of the financial statements during our month end closing process.
Develop and maintain Dashboards for Executive Management and Sales Management teams.
Manage the preparation and distribution of monthly financial reporting schedules.
Responsible for managing the month end close process for General Accounting responsibilities.
Responsible for managing 5 direct reports.
Responsible for management of general accounting functions such as AP, IC, Cash, and SG&A.
Create new financial reporting schedules to aid all levels of management in analyzing the company's performance.
Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience, 3-5 years supervisory experience.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau and ERP LN preferred.
PhysicalRequirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day. No unusual environmental, lifting or exertion requirements are associated with this position.
