Job Description: Assist Human Resources (HR) Specialists in the preparation and posting of vacancy announcements. Maintain recruitment case files. Maintain supporting documents for personnel actions in accordance with established timelines and Agency Records Management requirements. Assist HR specialists with various types of HR packages (to include Title 5, Title 21, Title 38, Title 42 and other hiring authorities) for submission to the Office of Talent Solutions. Track, monitor, and communicate the status of ongoing actions and recruiting packages to leadership, staff, and other stakeholders as appropriate. Respond to inquiries regarding recruitment, staffing, and other HR actions. Manage and execute weekly HR staff and other ad-hoc meetings to include agendas, content, briefs, and invitation lists. Create, manage, and coordinate reorganization efforts as required from pre-clearance through to announcement and implementation; perform compilation and analysis of organizational data in addition to other supporting tasks required to plan and execute reorganization efforts according to Agency guidelines, processes and procedures.
