The Graphic Design Consultant is an important member of the Safety Services Product Support Team and will lead the creative vision for our training products and services. You will manage creative projects from start to finish including concept, application, art direction, creative execution, and delivery. The position requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who is customer-focused and enjoys collaboration.
What you will do:
Create informative and impactful graphics, photographs, audio, video, and other visual elements for visual communication media within the solutions we sell to our customers.
Adhere to the company's brand voice. Act as a resource/contact for brand issues.
Collaborate with marketing and product development team to conceptualize projects, write briefs, obtain materials, finalize designs, and frequently communicate the status of all projects with stakeholders.
Be a valuable partner with the Strategy and Project Management teams to ensure that all work delivers on the creative brief.
Determine the overall style in which a message is communicated visually to its audience.
Act as the designed asset steward, maintaining organized systems of file management and asset sharing within established business processes.
Work with assets translated into several languages.
Work extensively in the Adobe and Articulate 360 suites as well as Microsoft O365.

This position may require 5-10 % travel.
Summary Pay Range: $95,640.00 - $143,520.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
