Job Description:



Internships are a key way for students to gain valuable work experience, make important career contacts, and learn about the CoreLogic culture. Our interns will participate in the day-to-day work environment, have an impact working on real technology project and business challenges.

This internship presents an exciting opportunity to dive into the dynamic field of instructional design, where creativity meets technology and education. As an intern, you will have the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals on innovative projects that directly impact learning experiences. You'll not only enhance your skills in curriculum development and multimedia design but also gain invaluable insights into real-world applications of instructional theories. With hands-on involvement in important e-learning initiatives, you'll leave with a robust portfolio and a deeper understanding of how effective instructional strategies can transform education. Job Qualifications:




Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills



  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program pursuing a related degree at an accredited 4-year college or university, or equivalent boot camp program.

  • Minimum three years of relevant coursework completed by time of internship or equivalent boot camp program work.

  • Preferred minimum 3.0 cumulative collegiate grade point average, on a 4.0 scale or the equivalent

  • Prior internship or co-op experience preferred

  • Participation in campus activities related to field preferred

  • Demonstrated leadership experience through participation in on-campus activities, educational forums and/or prior work experience




Assignment Specific Experience



  • Familiarity with learning theories and instructional design principles.

  • Basic knowledge of e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other relevant software.

  • Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of processes, procedures of instructional design

  • Ability to work within a cross-functional team and matrix management structure

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer service orientation; strong interpersonal abilities

  • Solid analytical capability; ability to exercise sound judgment; strong decision-making skills

  • Strong attention to detail; high degree of quality orientation

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills; ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment

  • Ability to take direction from multiple people; ability to flex to the work styles of others

  • Ability to be a collaborative team player in a fast paces/changing environment; self-motivated and directed

  • Solid project management capabilities; strong business acumen; strong fiscal aptitude

  • Strong technical aptitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, such as Word, Excel, Access, Project and PowerPoint.
