Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations and reporting at various properties as needed


• Provide strategic financial guidance to property teams to drive performance


• Review and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts


• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures


• Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement


• Collaborate with property management teams to implement best practices


• Conduct financial audits to maintain accuracy and integrity of data


• Support the preparation of financial reports for senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field


• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles within the hospitality industry


• CPA designation or advanced financial certification preferred


• Strong knowledge of finance principles, budgeting, and forecasting


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to travel and work on-site at different properties as required, 90% + travel
