Job Description:

Reports To: Director/Manager, Fleet AdministrationKey ResponsibilitiesVehicle Documentation: Oversee the maintenance of all vehicle documents, ensuring that titles, registrations, and insurance are up-to-date and compliant with state and federal regulations. Implement best practices for document management to streamline processes and reduce errors.Fleet Management Systems: Lead the development, implementation, and management of fleet management systems to ensure accurate tracking of all fleet vehicles, maintenance schedules, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Continuously evaluate and improve the system to enhance operational efficiency.Title and Registration: Facilitate initial title and registration, and renewals processes, with 3rd party vendors. Support operations and sales with client requests related to registrations, tags, and motor vehicle inspections.Tolls and Violations: Develop and implement a system to manage toll payments and violations, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing costs. Monitor and address any issues related to tolls and violations, and provide regular reports on the status and trends to senior leadership.Remarketing Documents: Assist remarketing team with vehicle invoices, bills of sale, and other documents related to the sale of Zeeba vehicles in the marketplace.Fleet Reporting: Update and maintain fleet reporting in Zeeba fleet management systems, files, and official documents. Adhere to strict attention to details to ensure Zeeba fleet data is complete, accurate, and timely.Requirements and QualificationsEducation: Associate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Fleet Management, or a related field is. Bachelors degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field. Experience managing vehicle documents, title and registrations, tolls and violations, remarketing processes, and inventory management software is a plus. Will accept experience in lieu of education requirements for the right candidate.Skills:Self-starter, with ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong organizational and document management skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.High proficiency with Google Workplace or Microsoft Office Suite.Effective written and verbal communication.AttributesWould be described as someone with high character.Strategic thinker with a focus on operational efficiency.Strong attention to detail.Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Adaptable and proactive in addressing challenges and changes in the industry.
