Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Owner's Project Executive to join our team. In this strategic leadership role, you will serve as the owner's primary representative, overseeing large-scale construction projects and ensuring successful project delivery while protecting the owner's interests.
Provide executive-level oversight and direction for multiple construction projects
Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Lead contract negotiations with contractors, consultants, and vendors
Establish and maintain project controls, including budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Direct risk management strategies and mitigation plans
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to ownership
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Lead and mentor project teams to achieve optimal performance
Analyze project feasibility and make recommendations for process improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
Strong expertise in construction management methodologies and best practices
Advanced knowledge of construction contracts, building codes, and regulations
Demonstrated experience in financial management and project budgeting
Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in construction management software and project control systems
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to travel to project sites as required, both locally and nationally
Additional Information
The annualized base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $250,000 per year.
