Position Summary:
The Mortgage Systems Administrator role serves as a subject matter expert for Encompass. This role will be responsible for communicating and supporting system enhancements, provide support, configure and implement process improvement, optimize performance and manage the roadmap for Encompass. The incumbent will be responsible for both hands-on technical management, support of other mortgage related systems, and work with business partners to provide system solutions.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Administers the company's Loan Origination System (Encompass), and other CORE company systems. Manage user setup, roles and security, customization of objects, fields, and page layouts within Encompass. Creates, maintains, and analyzes business rules, including advanced coding as necessary. Configure integrations and user access of 3rd party vendors and services. Monitor systems and processes to ensure they meet or exceed established standards and service level agreements for availability, continuity, performance, and security. Participate in design, testing, and implementation of new products and/or services. Provide Mortgage LOS and core system training to users Provides recommendations for process-flow improvements. Ensures that proposed solutions work as desired through system analysis, testing, and maintenance. Reviews Encompass and other system release notes and work with department heads to make any needed system or process-flow changes. Works closely with management and business users to build and analyze reports and implement solutions for our Encompass system. Support systems and processes ensuring timely and effective resolutions for incidents and problems through the maintenance of system documentation, collaboration and escalation, and constant communication with effected parties. Supports mortgage projects in line with Everwise Credit Union's vision for the Mortgage Lending Department. Identify and assist with changes to systems and processes and procedures by working with internal and vendor resources through the change process, ensuring that changes meet stated expectations, documenting change activities and updating system documentation, and communicating service impact to affected parties. Assume additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth and advancement of the credit union.
