Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in need of a Construction Project Manager located in Sparks, NV. This person will act as support for Project Semi for interior fit outs of offices, cafes, production spaces, and main lobby.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the planning, procurement, execution and close-out of Core and Shell structural and architectural systems, including Building dry in and interior fit outs


• Develop and manage execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achieved


• Develop and manage funding requests for new projects


• Perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project needs


• Work with the Procurement team to create biddable work packages and verify contractor proposals against cost/schedule estimates for purchase


• Interface with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems


• Experience with large industrial/manufacturing interior fit outs


• Experience/understand cost/scheduling


• CSA Knowledge/disciplines


• Knowledge of MEP (secondary)

Experience with interior fit outs:

• Offices


• Cafes


• Production Spaces


• Main lobby

Software experience:

• P6


• Bluebeam


• Microsoft Office Suite

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
