Position Description
What You'll Do
Administrative Support for MBA Student & Academic Services
Contributes to SAS initiatives and programs, including day-of event support, and performs other duties as required.
Assists Associate Director with payments for Writing Coach program.
Invoice processing and budget support.
Manage swag inventory and ordering.
Special requests from Managing Director (ex., staff meeting support).
Assists with logistics for the annual HBS Health & Wellbeing survey.
Assists with various requests from MBA Support Services team members.
Live Well Programming
Primary contact for all event planning; main programming includes meditation, therapy dogs, and seated massages.
Responsible for logistics and scheduling of wellness events.
Room Reservations and catering orders
Help with setup and breakdown of events
Gather materials for events
Event marketing
Customer Service
Acts as primary backup coverage for MBA Student & Academic Services main inbox and phone line inquiries.
Assists with customer service coverage for MBA Student & Academic Services counter traffic.
Responsible for other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
3+ years of experience in administrative support role(s) is required.
Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) experience is a must.
