Job Description Summary

The Policy and Procedure Supervisor will coordinate job duties pertaining to policy and procedure development and maintenance including all business units which impact Retail functions.  Will also assist in creating and maintaining documentation that outlines the standards, guidelines, and operational processes.

What you'll do:


  • Collaborate with management and SMEs to develop and maintain a comprehensive policy and procedure manual for Retail functions performed across various business lines.


  • Continually and proactively research and gather information to improve current policies and procedures and leverage best practices to transform “what” we do and “how” we do it.


  • Interface with corporate operational teams to support branch operations as needed.


  • Assist in Train the Trainer or other modes of learning to inform new procedures, changes to existing procedures, and/or answering questions and completing job aids to ensure that all employees understand the policies and procedures. 


  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships across all disciplines to drive collaborative approach.


Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years retail banking and operations experience


  • Bachelor's degree preferred


  • PPA Technical Writer Certification preferred


  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate the activities of a group; understands the importance of maintaining security of bank assets and complying with all department, bank, and regulatory policies.
