NPMG is growing!!! We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand engagement and maximizing lead generation.
Key Roles:
Strategic Execution:
Implement and adapt marketing strategies to align with company goals, utilizing both digital and print media
Coordinate with third-party vendors to optimize campaign components and execution
Performance Optimization:
Analyze campaign effectiveness using key metrics to refine and escalate marketing efforts
Provide regular performance insights and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership
Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Design and execute robust marketing campaigns that effectively integrate digital, social media, and print channels
Content Oversight: Manage the production of compelling marketing content and promotional materials that reflect our brand's voice and goals
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance indicators to gauge success and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborative Initiatives: Work seamlessly with sales, production, and client success teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing, ideally in real estate or a similar sector
Strong understanding of lead generation and content management.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Proficiency with industry-standard marketing technology platforms including HubSpot
