This intern will serve as an administrative assistant. The main duty will be answering phone calls within a customer group to be transferred to internal and external phone #'s. Secondary duty will be working on projects in the following programs as assigned by the manager requesting the internship including but not limited to, Syspro, Customer Profile/LTM, Salesforce.
Welcoming and Assisting Visitors
Answering phone and transferring to appropriate department/personnel
Provide administrative support, including email correspondence and generation of spreadsheets relating to assigned special projects.
Conduct self-guided research in order to complete special projects.
