Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (*hybrid, in office two days a week)

Responsibilities

Job duties: 

• Out bound communication regarding renewals, collections, and reconciliation of accounts


• To include but not limited to phone calls, emails, and mailing documents


• Constant communication with branches regarding past due accounts


• Placement of accounts on hold and removing hold when paid


• Reporting to collection agency and bad debiting of accounts


• Accounts receivable deposits


• Communicating declined payments


• Handle special billing accounts


• Taking customer calls and responding to emails


• Submitting invoices to customers via mail and email


• Maintains and updates customer accounts with correct billing address, etc

Qualifications

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required


• 1 year Collections Experience (prefered) 


• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook


• Ability to pass a drug screen
