As Vice President of Engineering, you'll spearhead the design, development, and implementation of advanced clean energy fuel cell systems. Leading a global team of engineers across various disciplines, you'll drive a shift towards a product-focused approach and commercial mindset. Your role involves transforming the organization to prioritize commercial success, establishing efficient processes to bring projects from concept to market, and ensuring technical capabilities translate into market-ready technologies.
Reporting to the Chief Engineering Officer, this role manages product development from concept to production release for power plants and technology products generating green hydrogen. Ideal candidates have 15+ years of experience leading complex engineering projects, commercializing new products, and expertise in systems engineering with multi-disciplinary teams. Experience in power, aerospace, or hydrogen fuel cell industries is preferred.
