Job Title: HospiceLPN / LVN



Duties & Responsibilities: Hospice LPN sought for 6 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 day shifts Monday-Friday.



Minimum Requirements:

• CT LPN license


• BLS


• 1+ year hospice experience within the past 3 years


• HCHB experience
