Housing Coordinator at Lower Savannah Council of Governments in Aiken, South Carolina

Job Description:

The Lower Savannah Council of Governments, a regional planning and development agency located in Aiken, SC, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Housing Coordinator.  The Housing Coordinator will assist, support, coordination, and implementation of housing related programs in compliance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rules and regulations.  Housing programs include but not limited to, coordination of the Lower Savannah Regional Housing Consortium (LSRHC), a HOME Investment Partnership program, and HOME American Rescue Plan (ARP) program.

Candidate must have experience with housing related programs or projects, be detail oriented, have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software. Associate degree in business management and work related experience in construction management or housing inspection preferred.   For more information visit www.lscog.org
