Aid in the documentation of network configurations, processes, and protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical support within a production environment.
Cisco CCNA Routing & Switching certification.
Cisco CCNA WiFi certification, or equivalent industry accreditation.
Proficiency in networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
CompTIA Security+ certification.
ITIL Foundation certification.
