B/A Products is seeking a well-rounded, hands-on individual with technical capabilities to join our Engineering Department. This individual will drive the effort for documentation of product specs, coordinate project activities and develop engineered product solutions. This role would also serve as a technical support position to maintenance, quality and day to day operational activities.
General Duties:
in mechanical product design, including material specification, CAD design and detailed product drawings.
of nonstandard manufactured product requests
actions to product non-conformances
the appropriate safety rules onsite and ensure personal protective equipment is worn.
manufacturing for quality improvement and new product launches.
and implement process control techniques and procedures.
lead for technical product information and system maintenance.
engineering process and reinforce procedures
documentation to support supply chain or new product initiatives
and maintenance of bill of materials and routings in company ERP system
communication with team members, suppliers, and project teams.
and make use of manufacturing best practice for safety, quality and productivity.
