The Opportunity
As a Proposals Coordinator with Tradebe you will distribute RFP's and bid requests and assemble/submit final edition of customer proposals. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, previous proposals presentation experience, and ability to work under a deadline.
Key Job Responsibilities
Detailed review of Request for Proposals (RFP)/Solicitations/Request for Bids (RFB)
Manage, organize, and update electronic proposals and contract files
Proofread rough draft proposals for Proposal Managers and prepare/ship final hard copy proposals ensuring arrival dates
Assist Sales by completing prequalification and new vendor forms that require confidential company information, health & safety, and regulatory information
Request Certificates of Insurance and provide to contracted customers
Prepare State contract quarterly reports and subcontracting reports
Assist Contract Pricing Department with Price Increases and revised contract terms
Acquire and maintains Bonds and Insurance as required by contracts
Assist Process Improvement Coordinator with legal review of contracts and agreements along with annual bid tracking
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
One to three (1 to 3) years working knowledge of proposal preparation experience is desired
Industry experience is a plus
Proficient working in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with Adobe Writer is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
