RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
This resource with sit on the In-Store Operations Team specifically supporting the Pro Customer and the Pro Customer Specialty Team. The goal of this resource is to help measure the usage and effectiveness of an in-store app, 'Offer'. The 'Offer' app is designed to enhance the pro customer experience while capturing a larger share of their spend. The Manager is looking for a Business Analyst who has experience tracking, modifying, and reporting sales/customer behavior data via Tableau, SQL, and Google BigQuery. Additionally, the manager is looking for someone who can understand a program and how to measure its success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience creating Tableau reporting


• Experience with SQL


• Experience tracking and reporting performance metrics/KPI


• Financial/Operations Background


• Google BigQuery


• Experience tracking modifying and reporting sales/customer behavior data

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
