To promote appropriate company products and services while maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor when working with Medicare members to ensure customer satisfaction by identifying their health plan and prescription needs and addressing and/or solving concerns.
Overview of Responsibilities • Ability to accurately complete applications and other required documents • Ability to assist current members and prospects in person, over the phone, and through email to identify and resolve their needs • Ability to execute member reviews for health, dental, vision and prescription coverage • Ability to input member's data accurately and efficiently • Ability to use resources effectively to find information to complete work independently • Ensure confidentiality and control access to sensitive information • Provide members with timely information • Record customer interaction and data by recording notes in a database system
